Our most popular kit will repair 10 truck doors. This kit also includes all of the special tooling needed to prepare and install the new repair system on your trucks. As the kits we produce are fully greaseable we have also included a grease gun ready to service your new hinges for a long, reliable service life.

We produce two variants of this kit. One kit incorporates the steel anchor bushes and the other does not.

• This kit repairs 'old style' Medium Duty trucks from '88 to '99

• This kit repairs '99 trucks and newer that have the plastic type bushings from factory

Our AHS602-MD kit is designed to be a direct replacement kit with your unworn or worn door hinges on your 1999 or newer MD truck. This kit may be used to replace the factory fitted worn plastic bushes from your door hinges or to upgrade new ones to guarantee service life. The Kit and its contents are identical to the AHS601-MD kit apart from the exclusion of the anchor bushings which are not required on the newer vehicles.

The last kit we offer for the Medium Duty trucks is the small AHS552 kit which can repair 2 door hinges. This kit is designed for the old style 1988-1999 Medium Duty trucks. This kit includes the following parts:
